About Us

Aaron King is a native of Dallas Texas and an Awarded Marine Corps Veteran who served in Desert Storm. He is an avid nature enthusiast and businessman.
Aaron is currently working with Joyful F.A.R.M.S cooperative program where they grow a variety of vegetables and plants. As an experienced beekeeper, I wonder about these astonishing insects and marvel at the vast responsibility and majesty of their work. He also offers an educational experience on Beekeeping that is open to the public to attend.

Additionally, Aaron has been a commercial and volunteer beekeeper for the past 5 years. He has assisted several non-profit organizations and private beekeepers such as “Keith The Bee Man” and Metro Atlanta Beekeepers Association.
Benefits of Honey
All honey starts at the same source. It harvests from a honey beehive. Beekeepers remove the bee frames from their hives and place them in a honey extractor. The extractor spins the frames, releasing the honey so that it drips down to the bottom of the extractor’s drum.

From there, beekeepers filter the honey to remove debris, such as wax or pieces of honeycomb.

Meanwhile, regular honey goes through a pasteurization process, which involves heating the honey to a high temperature to destroy the microorganisms within it.
Pasteurization also turns the cloudy and opaque appearance of raw honey into a smoother and clearer consistency.

The pasteurization process also strips raw honey of many enzymes, minerals, and amino acids. This means that the resulting product lacks many characteristics that make raw honey special.
